Every month TryMySnacks will send you a box full of mouth-watering goodies from a different country right to your doorstep. You’ll also receive an interactive 6+ page booklet filled with everything you need to know about what you’re eating, puzzles, fun facts and so much more! Just to add the cherry on top, each box also comes with a unique item related to the country of the month.

Do I get to choose what’s in the box?

No, but that’s the whole point! You can personalize your box by taking a 2 minute quiz about your food preferences by clicking here; reducing the chances of you receiving snacks you don’t like.

Do you offer Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten-Free etc boxes?

Unfortunately not. Despite being a curated/customizable box, we currently don't offer Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten-Free etc curated boxes. Depending on the snacks of the month, there may or may not be snacks that are vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free etc friendly. If “Vegan” snacks are noted as a preference on your profile, we'll gladly add them. We just can't guarantee that your box will always contain these preferred snacks.

Each snack pack is full of delicious snacks from around the world that are curated just for you based on your snack preferences! Each month you'll receive a box full of snacks from a different country. Depending on what size you choose, each box will have anywhere from 5 – 20+ snacks. You’ll also get a booklet that includes a description of each snack with nutrition labels, fun facts, puzzles & so much more! We even include a bill or a coin from each country to give you an experience you’ll always remember.

Are the coins/bills REAL?!

You betcha! Each box comes with a bill or a coin from the country of the month giving you a unique experience every month.

One or more of my snacks is missing/damaged, what now?

Mistakes happen from time to time and so do accidents. If you believe an item is missing from your box, contact support and we’ll make it right. Due to extreme hot weather, chocolates may melt during transit. Unfortunately, we cannot be held accountable for any melted chocolate during transit. We do offer an upgrade option to add a gel ice pack to your box to keep your snacks nice and cool until they reach you.


How long does it take for shipping?

All new orders are processed & shipped within 24-48 hours during business days. Orders placed during or near the weekend are shipped out first thing Monday morning. Domestic orders will typically take 2-7 business days for delivery while international orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

What if my package is lost, stolen or damaged during transit?

Situations like this are frustrating for everyone involved, if your item is stolen, damaged or lost in transit; please reach out to the delivery company.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders in the USA.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number for your order via E-mail as soon as your package is shipped. Please reach out if you haven't & would like to track your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship world-wide! Different shipping rates apply depending on what country the item is being shipped to. Feel free to email us ([email protected]) for a free quote.

Your Account & Billing

How much does it cost?

Cost depends on what size you choose and if you decide to upgrade your order. Your first box will cost you $14.95* (free shipping). After that you will be charged for the box size you choose. We offer options for every budget, a mini pack ($16.95/mo), a single pack ($29.95/mo) & a family pack ($49.96/mo).

*The $14.95 trial is a limited promo and can end at any given time.

Why was my payment declined?

Don’t panic! If your payment method was declined, please call your bank using the number on the back of your card.

Can I skip a month?

Yes. If you’d like to skip an order for the month, you may do so via your profile.

When am I charged?

After your initial charge, future orders are processed on an “Ad-hoc” basis. 

This means your subscription will renew the same day next month of your initial sign up date. 

Example: If you sign up May 15th your first box is shipped right away & your next order is processed on June 15th but your box wont ship out until the 25th of the month.

We understand not everyone will want to wait for their order after they’ve paid for it so you can always email us to get your renewal date set up closer to the 25th of each month. 

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your account at any time by logging into your account, click “Manage” that's under “My Subscriptions” on the lower left side, then click “subscription settings” on the lower right hand side & finally click “cancel” or “pause” your subscription. If you receive a 500 server error when trying to log in, click here.

Can I get a refund if I return my box?

No, we cannot accept returns due to the nature of the product being perishable. A refund may only be processed if your order has yet to be processed.

All orders are processed within 12-48 hours, so you must contact us before to receive a full refund. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right!

Affiliates & Referrals

Do you have an affiliate/referral system?

Yes, we have a referral program. For every valid referral, you’ll receive a $5 credit towards a future purchase. Oh, and your referral gets $5 too!

What can I use my credits for?

Credits can be redeemed for a TryMySnacks gift card or towards any future orders.

How do I redeem my credits?

You can redeem your credits when checking out.

Do credits have any cash value?

No, all credits earned can only be redeemed towards current or future orders on our website.


What if I have a food allergy?

We take food allergies seriously, if you have a food allergy (like nuts) please let us know when taking the profile quiz or make a comment when ordering.

Can I purchase more than 1 box at a time?

We like the way you think! You can buy as many boxes as you want for you & your loved ones.

Do the snacks have nutrition labels in English?

Yes, all snacks come with nutrition labels. If a certain label isn’t in English, you can find a translated version in the booklet that comes along with the box or look it up in the snack shop.

Can I change the box size of my subscription?

They say bigger is better, right? The answer is yes!
