- RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products being perishable, returns are not accpeted. In the event that a box is returned to us for any reason, it will be destroyed. Please be sure to double check your shipping information during checkout to avoid returned packages.
- REFUNDS
All transactions made on TryMySnacks.com are final. You may request a refund if your order hasn’t been processed/shipped yet, once your order is processed & shipped, no refunds can be processed. This applies to all orders including subscription renewals or one-time purchases. Long term subscriptions cannot be refunded once the initial order is shipped, you may opt to pause shipments for an extended period or surrender the remaining shipments if you no longer wish to receive boxes.
- Damaged/Stolen/Lost packages – Situations like these are frustrating for everyone involved & in the rare event this occurs, we want to make sure the right steps are taken to get the issue resolved. The good news is that all TryMySnacks boxes shipped are insured via a third party (Sendle & PirateShip via USPS). If your package has been lost or was damaged during transit, please email [email protected] & we’ll gladly help you clear up things up. TryMySnacks LLC is not liable for damaged/stolen or lost packages, we can only guide you while completing an insurance claim for your package. Refunds or replacements are only issued when a claim is approved by the shipping company.
- Missing items or wrong items sent – If your box is missing any items from the box or you received the wrong items, we’ll gladly send you a replacement. Email support@trymysnacks if you feel your box is missing an item or doesn’t match what you ordered.
- Melted chocolates/candy – Unfortunately this is an issue that’s likely to occur in hotter areas of the country, we recommend you upgrade to the “Chilled” upgrade ($4,95) if you live in a hot area. TryMySnacks LLC is not liable for any melted chocolates or candy during transit.
