Maltesers are a spherical malt honeycomb centre, surrounded by milk chocolate. They are most popular in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Japan. Maltesers‘ are ‘the lighter way to enjoy chocolate’. Maltesers, originally known as Energy Balls, were invented by Forrest Mars Sr. in 1936.
